Fellow Dancer needs our support

Dear Friends-

Our fellow dancer of Fernley, Lisa Fuimaono, was in a terrible accident on Thursday, 11-1-07. She was hit head on by a drunk driver. She is still in the hospital and her condition is very serious. A mutual friend of mine and Lisa's, Kayleen Vandenberg, is setting up an account in her name at one of the local banks to make donations. As soon as I have those details I will pass that along.

Please keep her in your thoughts.

    Any more information yet? We'd like to have a fundraiser at our hafla and I'm wondering if there are any additional details about the bank account being set up in her name?

      Yes, please do let us know about where we can contribute funds to her and her family. I will be contributing 50% of the profits from my Mary Kay sales for this entire month and I'd like to know where to send the money!

    My close friend Lisa was driving home from Reno last Thursday night when she was hit head on by a drunk driver.
    After the emergency crew extracted her from the wreck she was careflighted to Renown Medical Center where she remains in ICU.
    She is fighting for her life minute by minute.
    Right now the doctors are focused on the pressure the swelling is causing in her head. She can't receive anymore of the medicine that controls the pressure so now it is up to her body. If the pressure still is a threat, they will be forced to do more surgery.
    Her parents & her husband at at her bedside round the clock. Her brother is doing his best to handle the household & help keep her boys on their normal routine. They have no household income as her husband is inbetween jobs.
    I have set up a fund at Bank of America to help with things like groceries & power bills. If you can, please stop by & donate. The account is named
    "Lisa Fuimaono Contribution Fund"
    Those of you who know Lisa know she is the type of person that would never ask, but would be first in line to help some one else in need. Please keep her in your thoughts & prayers.

      I went to Bank of America here in Las Vegas to make a donation and they did not have any record of a "Lisa Fuimaono Contribution Fund". They tried to look it up by state (NV, CA, & UT), but couldn't find it. I have some money we raised at the hafla last Saturday, and we'd like to get it to the right people.

      Can someone check on this? Or pm me with an account number? Or get me an address for Lisa & her husband?

      Additionally, we'd like to know how she's doing, if possible.
