Hello
I'm looking very much forward to sharing the dance floor with all of you that are attending the Hafla Benefit For Lisa Fuimaono this Saturday. It truely is an amazing collaboration of approximately 28 Truckee Meadows and Tahoe area dancers that have created a colorful belly dance show at a new Family and Arts Friendly venue that will bring healing and joy to an injured dance sister and her family.
Here's some tips if you're performing:
Bring your business cards and brochures to display on our promo table.
1) Check out Lamppost Pizzas' website menu, call your pizza orders in early to get faster service during the dinner rush.The menu has a wide selection of pasta dishes, salads, sandwiches and appetisers in addtion to the pizza ( pesto-artichoke-tomato is my fav!!)www.LamppostPizza.com. 1) Arrive in costume with make up on. A representative from each group must arrive with music & cue card between 6PM-6:30PM in order to be given a time slot and to help with the set up.
2) Sign in at the Sound System Table in the Restaurant Dining Area. Starr will be the Mistress of Ceremony.
3) Hang coats on kitchen shelves next to the bar. Sorry, there's no private dressing/ prep areas.
4) Check out the gorgeous items on display in the dining room that will be raffled off at 9PM!
Buy your raffle tickets in bulk for better chance of winning! Encourage dance fans to donate money to the contribution fund or buy a boatload of raffle tickets.
5) The bar drinks are loaded. Have a designated driver plan. and be safe.
6) Tell your family & friends to mention the 15% Lamppost donation to Lisa's benefit at the order counter. The staff has to ring the benefit sale transaction into the register at that time.
Directions to Lamppost Pizza:
1141 Steamboat Parkway. 395 south to Damonte Ranch Exit. Go Left (East) to Home Depot. Left on Steamboat Springs. Left at 1st light behind Starbucks.
